It Ends.

So this is it huh? This is the entry I've been dreading since my summer began way back in mid June; the entry that officially marks the end of my childhood? Or maybe I'm still just a kid who has been thrown into the real world? Either way, tomorrow I make my first mark on the real world. Tomorrow, while the rest of you wake up for classes, me and my baby will be on our way to the Comcast employee parking lot. Tomorrow I'll find out what it means to come home completely tired and exhausted. Tomorrow will be a turning point.

But enough about what's happening tomorrow, because I have so much to say about the last few months. Summer 06' has been a phenomenal. Granted there were some low times and it was hard seeing some of my closest friends being down. But on the flip side, the good times were simply amazing. Breaking, Chilling, Eating out almost every meal, putting thousands of miles on my car, becoming closer to my already close friends, and just being home. It's been one hell of an experience and I honestly have no regrets.

And what a way to end an already great summer. Friday was awesome. Chilling with Vaibhav, Misun, Faraz, and my crazy sister, allowed for some good times. To make things even better we ended up going to the Ice breaker where it was nice to see everyone together. Dancing, chilling, catching up with everyone was awesome. My man George hit three flares WITHOUT a mirror! Effing insane. Oh and Mike's 90's are amazing, even on carpet! Faraz finally unleashed his mills for the public, and Miten's Hollow backs are ridiculously good. It was AWESOME seeing Eva, Roma, and Deb again, and man did we have a blast. Oh, and Haroon’s new hair style is definitely Pimpin.’ Did I mention how much fun Trish, Anjali, Marty, Ameya, Faraz, Vaibhav, and I had at the garba? Granted I learned the dance in ten minutes and I messed up too many times to count, but the garba was fantastic and I can’t wait to go again next Saturday night. All and all it was a great closure to an amazing summer. Oh and of course having Taco Bell Saturday night helped seal the deal. ;)

A huge thank you to each and every one of you that made my summer awesome. It truly has been a blast.

End of the Summer

Well with Anjali's departure, my summer has come to a close.  Good luck at Drexel Anjali, you won't need it. I can't wait till I finally come back to school so we can chill. Don't go to crazy at the clubs haha.

A much more heart felt, end of the summer entry coming later. Yeah that's right I said, "End of the Summer"

Oh and who is going to the Ice Breaker tomorrow?

Rusty!

Two days ago a new member of the family took his first steps into our house. His name: Rusty Devnani. Rusty is a pimp, he gets all the girls whenever they come over. They rush over to him screaming "Oh Rusty you're so cute!" He's pretty heavy competition. He's also my new Dog (I'm not using gangster terminology, he seriously is a dog.) With that meet Rusty:

Apparently the breeder we bought him from named him Rusty, so we just kept it. Of course I call him monkey. I uploaded a video of him and it's somewhere on my xanga. I think if you click on my videos or something you'll see it. I'll upload it on you tube as well, right now I'm awaiting on a confirmation email from them.

In other news: I'm looking forward to Paint-Balling on Monday with 20 people! As Ding put it "We're going to war." Oh god I'm going to war with KEVIN DING. I'm gona die.

Oh and this one is for drinking bro: I hear you're living it up in Pakistan. Yo stock up on pepsi, it's mad cheap over there. But I'm sure you're already three steps ahead of me. Enjoy the rest of your trip man. And the rest of you enjoy what's left of your summer!

Two Very Happy Birthdays to Two Very Amazing People

Happy Birthday Faraz! (July 22) Daaamn another year, another entry. I don't suppose there's any point in me telling you that you are one of my best friends, that we've been through so much together, both good and bad, and that we'll end up being bros for life. You and I will be those old guys you see on the road driving a beaten up cadillac (it'll have power windows) and hitting on every girl in sight. Haha I can't wait. Happy Birthday Bro, and thanks for everything.

Happy Birthday Misun! (July 23) Wow bud, wow. I don't think I'll ever manage to get over how quickly we became so close. Without doubt you are one of my best friends and I'm thankful everyday for having such a wonderful person like you in my life. I'm not sure what type of monkey I'd be without you by my side, but I'm glad I don't have to ever worry about that. Cause you know when Faraz and I are old and hitting on girls, we're gona need someone to gross out and YOU'LL be there, now won't you? ;) Happy Birthday Hon, hope you enjoy your day!

Faraz's party was some good times. It was nice seeing everyone again. Hmm.. work is interesting to say the least. Kids definitely say the craziest things sometimes. I remember when I first started working, my boss decided to re-name me since the kids have difficulty pronuncing "Prashant." I always told the kids to call me Bob. Don't ask where it's from , I just figured it's easier for the kids to say it. You should see the look on some of the parent's faces when I tell them my name. Parent: "So what's your name?" me: "Bob" Parent:"..oh...uhh son this is your instructor bo...bob" Priceless. Anyway my boss said that Bob is a retarted name and it's completely unoriginal. She decided to name me "Shanti." I heard that and thought to myself, "Are you serious? Shanti is an indian feminine name. Ehh whatever." So I walked into the classroom and this indian kid walks up to me and asks, "Hey what's your name?" Me: "...Shanti..." Kid:" Oh wow that's my mom's name!" Me: *embarrased*"oh...um..that's nice.."

Oh, and a big CONGRATULATIONS to Malary for becoming an AUNTIE!

Happy Birthday!

This is yet another month loaded with birthdays! Hmm looks like my xanga is once again turning into a birthday card. With that I'd like to wish a very Happy Birthday to my DP and HB! There's only a two year difference now. You guys will catch up one day..lol

And a very special Happy Birthday to my daughter-in-law Daphne.

So I started working at a swim camp. M-F 9-5. All I have to say is Daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn. The job definitely takes alot out of me. Kids are always so full of energy, even at the end of the day when we've been running around, swimming, and playing for eight hours. Luckily I've grown to like the job, although seeing my crazy russian lady boss all day is definitely a killer. To make things even worse I'm the only counselor there! She had to fire the last two due to tax issues or something. The kids are adorable. One of my favorite kids has the biggest, cutest brown eyes I've ever seen, and everytime she laughs or looks at me, a big smile comes on my face. Sigh, I hope I make a good dad. I was just thinking about that the other day. Well expect this entry to be updated often with some more birthday wishes!
